[Ruby] Installing Gems on Dreamhost

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know how to install gems on dreamhost (shared server)?  I use Scott Raymond's Flickr API (http://redgreenblu.com/flickr/) on my app and I just tried deploying my site and the log on dreamhost is complaining that I need the flickr gem installed - I think?  Anyways, does anybody know how to install this gem or is there another way to go about doing this?
