[Ruby] halloween meeting?

Honestly, my only response to those who complain about lack of  
internet at a user group meeting is "fuck 'em". We aren't there to  
web surf or check email. We're there to meet, to discuss, to share.  
If you need something for the meeting from the net, come prepared.  
But... I'm exhausted and cranky so I might be overreacting a bit.

I thought that our meeting 3 weeks ago was a smashing success despite  
not having much of any network access and not getting the room. It  
forced people to do what we are there to do: talk. I loved it and  
everyone I've asked loved it too. Those who would rather surf instead  
of discuss seem anti-social to me and I don't see why they'd be going  
to a social group in the first place except for some unknown ulterior  
motives.

Ignoring my rant above, these aren't bad ideas except for Online  
Coffee Co which is too noisy and open and our meetings just didn't  
seem that social as a result.
