[Ruby] Start-up looking for a star Rails developer

I didn't have time to post this yesterday, but the only way I know about the
jobs mailing list is by digging around on the pipermail pages and seeing
references to jobs in the archives.
Looking at Seattle.rb with Nuby Eyes these pages come up on a google search:

Its not clear to me from looking at those pages that there is any other
mailing list than ruby at zenspider.com
Also...
Perhaps a mission paragraph about what Seattle.rb is might be helpful as
well (putting tools, projects, and frameworks, etc., in perspective). I've
gotten into Ruby via the Rails door and with that perspective I thought
Seattle.rb was going to be about Rails. Thankfully that is not so and I
figured out Rails' place in the Ruby family.
