[Ruby] Start-up looking for a star Rails developer

Hmm,  let's take a step back here, shall we?

The job posting made it to the list, complaints about zenspider's
supposed moderation made it to the list, and the only concerns
about the job posting came from people who were warning the
poster that they might not be welcome.

I'm not Ryan, and I'm not in Seattle anymore, but I think there are
some differences between this case and the original.

1)  the jobs are local

2) the poster is coming to tonight's hacking night activity (and so is
active in the group)

given those two things, *I* don't see a problem with the posting.  I do
wonder about all the flack it generated.
