[Ruby] Start-up looking for a star Rails developer

Yeah. Frankly, I think people should be able to post jobs. I know too  
many Rails developers stuck doing JSP and ASP.net. I don't think it  
is bad to provide some vehicle for people to find a way to support  
themselves using a technology they love.
