In case everyone else didn't see it... this came out today:

I also received an e-mail that they were giving me 2 free months of service,
but it seems pretty clear that a lot of people are upset, and some feel
cheated.  I feel like some degree of these sorts of problems are to be
expected from a new service, but complaints that they've mislead people by
calling a cluster a "grid" have some validity.
