[Ruby] KDE/Quanta wishlist in need of voting-up

Dunno if any of you use KDE or Quanta, but I filed this wish request.

I have been searching for a new IDE/GUI editor for my PHP work and
simultaneously looking for a Ruby one too so I can just stick with one
environment if possible. I was pretty impressed with Quanta 3.5.3 today --
it seems very robust -- especially for a free editor, it is on par with Zend
Studio or Komodo or various other professional ones IMHO. PHP speaking of
course. There's no reason it couldn't handle Ruby/Rails though, as it's a
plugin kind of architecture.

Anyways, if anyone wants to vote it up...
