[Ruby] Need a linux Rails guy for a day or so

I hope this is OK to post here... I need a VPS setup fast and my Linux just
isn't there and I don't have days to dick around with this right now.
Anyone interested in doing this as a quick side project?

On the VPS I'll need:
* ruby-on-rails
* apache2
* php
* postgres and mysql (or, if that's not cool to do then just mysql)
* ftp
* basic capistrano rights setup
* something to send out mail with
* name server with an explanation of how to map site1.com and site2.com to
different rails apps
(i think that's it)

All of this needs to be documented (a simple .sh file would be perfect) to
so it's repeatable for a linux newbie.

Basically I need to setup a VPS to be a rails host for 4-5 sites and the
ability to add new ones without too much trouble.  I've got rails and mysql
running on apache on my ubuntu box but I'm sure a cracker jacks toy could
hack my setup and, no matter what I try I can't seem to get postgre running
on that box.

So - if anyone's interested let me know what you think it'd take and how
soon you're available.
