[Ruby] Visor Quake-style Terminal

Last night I mentioned a Quake-style terminal plugin for Mac OS X  
(activated by a user-defined hotkey).

For those with small-screened laptops, it can be handy for running  
autotest in the background and viewing it from time to time (or any  
terminal-based activity).
