[Ruby] Hosting

Not sure how good their RoR support is yet, but I noticed that Dreamhost
does support it now.  Once I get an app ready to deploy there I can give
some more concrete input.

They have SVN and allow unlimited (sub)domains on most accounts.  They
have also elminiated their arbitrary CPU limit due to bad press on it.

Pretty sure they support gems, but not 100% positive.  ImageMagick sounds
like something they'd either already have or would be willing to add if
requested.

I've been very happy with them for my hosting needs to this point.
