- Local ruby code jam? ($ could go to promotion and prizes)
- Buy some adwords to be placed on ruby sites to increase membership?
- Seattle.rb swag (eg. stickers for laptops)
- "HODEL-HASH-9600" tatoo for Eric?

I'm new here, where'd this money come from?
