[Ruby] Rental Car for RubyConf

it's probably a $50 cab ride into the city. For that, would could
probably get a Hummer as a rental.

If Geoff and others have things they may want to do, it's certainly
easier with a car.

With where the hotel is, I'm expecting the hotel parking to be free or
pretty cheap.
